Kidney Bean Salad amounts: -
Cup Lupia
3 cups water
Tbsp chopped Coriander
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
Small onion chopped
Salt and black pepper and Shatta
How to prepare Kidney Bean Salad: -
We prepare components salad cowpea and then we soak cowpea in warm water for an hour then drain water from soaking and then three glasses of water put on the fire and add the cowpea and leave until the water boils and then calm the fire and simmer until tender and then put oil on the fire and add onions and vinegar and stir a bit and then lifted Drain cowpea and add to it and then add the chopped coriander and season with salt, pepper and chili salad and then flips well cowpea then placed in a serving dish and place in the refrigerator until the kidney bean salad progress.
