basbousa with pistachio amounts: -


3 \ 4 cup sugar - 3 \ 4 cup oil
Cup semolina - cup finely ground pistachio
2 eggs - one teaspoon vanilla 
one teaspoon baking powder


basbousa with pistachio syrup: -


One and a half cup of sugar - a cup of water
2/1 teaspoon lemon juice


Modus operandi Basbousa with pistachio:-


Mix all ingredients together well bake in the middle layer of oven temperature 180 C (350 F) watered syrup cold after maturity.

To prepare the syrup: -

Mix sugar and water on the fire and add them to squeeze lemon and after weighing the country added a teaspoon of orange blossom water, stir and remove from heat.
