recipe fish soup

Amounts of fish soup: -


Leek package - salt and black pepper 
promises celery - Tbsp flour 
2 tablets Islands - and a quarter liter of water
2 love potatoes - 2 tablespoon fresh, synths
250 g lean fish - Average peeled shrimps
Tbsp butter - tbsp chopped parsley


Way to prepare fish soup: -


Cleans leek and celery are cut them into small pieces and then peel carrots and potatoes, washed and cut into small cubes and then cut lean fish into medium sized pieces and then fry in butter and then we lift the fish reddish and leave it aside and then we put potatoes, carrots, leeks and celery to the butter and season with salt and black pepper then move a bit, then add the flour and then fluctuate slightly for two minutes, then add the water, cover and simmer to cook for 15 hours and then add the cream and shrimp and fish pieces roasted and chopped parsley then stir fish soup a little and leave the fish soup boil for 3 minutes and then we provide fish soup hot.
