Quantities fish stew :-


500 gm thickness cutter
500 g tomatoes circles
2 onion sliced
2 pepper sliced
Cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons tomato juice
5 garlic cloves, crushed
6 lemon average
Salt and pepper and spices


How to prepare fish stew :-


We prepare the components of fish stew and then we put the fish in lemon, salt and black pepper and spices and stir well, then tomato slices in a pan large and add to it the onion, garlic, pepper and tomato juice and volatility on low heat for ten minutes and then season with salt and black pepper and parsley and fish and lemon juice is added and leave the fish stew over low heat until cooked and then placed in a serving dish and provide fish stew hot.
