lemon mousse






                           recipe lemon mousse

 
Amounts of lemon mousse: -


½ cup water
2 cup castor sugar
4 lemon
3 sheets gelatine
6 cups cream


Way to prepare lemon mousse: -


We prepare components lemon mousse then bode lemon and squeeze and add in a vase with water and sugar over medium heat and leaves on the fire until the sugar dissolves, then soak the sheets of gelatin in cold water then drain and add to the mixture and the volatility well until dissolved then leave the mixture to cool down and then put the stones in bowl and whipping fail even superior and much-then add them mix and fail well until lemon mousse ready and then we put lemon mousse in Cassatt small and placed lemon mousse in the refrigerator for at least two hours, and when submitting lemon mousse decorating cut lemon.
