meatball casserole recipe

components of meatball casserole :-



250 g minced meat
2 onion big fine chopped
cup parsley , finely chopped
cup Coriander fine chopped
3 tbsp tomato paste
teaspoon paprika
salt and black pepper and ginger
½ teaspoon turmeric
2 tbsp oil
2 eggs beaten
cup water



how to prepare of meatball casserole :-




We prepared a meatball casserole components and then we mix the meat with chopped onion, parsley, coriander and season with salt, pepper, paprika and knead well and then form into equal balls and then put oil on the fire and add the onion. Add the ginger and turmeric, tomatoes and water and leave until boiling, then add the meatballs balls and covered with leaves  meatball casserole on fire for about 15 minutes until tender, then add scrambled eggs and covered meatball casserole to simmer for another 3 minutes, then offers a hot  meatball casserole .
